They were used so I had to clean them up a bit. When I find a pair of new one's I'll likely ditch these. Not bad for under $20 though.

You thought his feedback was useless, what did you expect after making a negative comment ?

Whats negative about telling him his communication could be better?I didn't say it was shite just could be better,its too his his benefit and as i said before if is communication was better he'd of sold me alone probably another $200 worth.
As for bearing in mind how busy these guys are and not like awhole customer service department to handle his mails!! so thats the buyer fault his it??Thats rubbish just cause there maybe not staffed enough shouldn't effect the customer and if it does then its upto them to correct the problem.Supply and demand its called.It don't take ages to answer emails he could probo answer every1 regarding ebay stuff if he spent 20mins a day!!not much really in my opinion and i'm sure the extra $$$$$$ would easily make it worthwhile.

I may be the one who mentioned the word 'communication'...as for how busy they are, busy is good, no? If you can't handle it, don't do business. If communication (which is a key aspect of business) gets to the point where its nil/non-existent, then one would no longer have to worry - business will get worse from there....good service is good service - bad service is bad service, case closed - there is no middle ground here...everyone just wants to be informed/kept up to date is all...that too much to ask?
