Insoles
#11

The guy said he ripped them out because the shoes fitted too tight otherwise.

Went to boots but didn't see anything other than standard ones to make the fit a bit tighter. Orthotic ones sound pretty expensive and specialized - all I want are some cheap replacements

I'll check Clarks next time I go into town

Don't do spare soles for sneaks, only football boots (the ones that have removable soles that is), as like streak said they should be glued in pretty well.

If you have £5 and Chuck Norris has £5, Chuck Norris has more money than you.

Have you tried an 'outdoor' shop (Snow + Rock, Blacks etc)? I've got some quite rigid but foamy(?) in soles for my ski boots, cost about £16. They might be a bit more substantial.

Or buy a pair of cheap running shoes and take the in soles out of them. unning shoes tend to have in soles which you can easily remove/replace.

Good luck.
