Paid straight after with paypal, but just received an email from the seller....

"Hi addictman, dont think you will like this much but I tried to end the auction early as someone made me an offer that I couldn't refuse about an hour before the auction finished. They have paid me in paypal as a "buy it know"
So I have no option but to refund your payment and give my apologies. Hope you buy another pair soon.

i was high bidder in an auction on friday, got outbid on saturday so i bought the kicks in the store, come back and check ebay to find that the guy who outbid me had his bid cancelled! and then of course couldn't get in touch with the seller to cancel my bid...

finally lost the auction with 10min left by all of $3.

I did that with a number plate..

Bought B19 OLL for my old golf, and they emailed me back saying someone else had JUSt bought it

years later it was sold again and purchsed again by my mum for my 21st birthday
