Found Ultrastars - Are these real??
#1
Question

Hey people. If u remember i was looking for some ultrastars. Well I found them at a local FootLocker. But the white color of the pads doesn't match the top, its kinda yellowish. Is this fake or real? Heres the link for the one on adidas website and here's the one I saw at FL
See the difference?

Are the one's at fl fake or somthing? Why don't the colors match? Man I really liked the one's on adidas.co.uk, but im in North America...

I have a pair of these and they were bought in england from a genuine store. My pair are exactly the same as that picture you have from the FL it isn't really white at all but mine aren't as yellowish as those, maybe its just the picture.

So unless I have fakes, which I'm damn sure I don't then those are fine.....

I'm sure someone else will have a pair too clarify.

Oh and those ultras are fresh as, so comfy!

The idea that Footlocker would be selling fakes is frankly laughable.
People don't just roll up to FL in a dodgy van trying to offload trainers.
Sheesh !

Indeed the armpit of the world, took the freeway from NYC to Monticello, New York State, then up to the Falls in '95, Jesus I swear Deliverance was filmed there!!! Great State, but that stretch is in a grave state!!!

It's probably just lighting, I don't think fake ULTRAstars have been produced, and Foot Locker is a big company that would get in serious trouble if they pulled some Fake mess.

Kind of an old bump there matey Smile

Anyways - I've got a pair of these, the sole and shell are definitely a little creamier than the rest. The laces are a bit creamy too.

I think the pic on the Adidas website is of a sample or something because the insides have the "reverse" of a herringbone pattern (if you turn a herringbone coat and look at the inner bits), not the "front" that's on the outside of the shoe

Got mine from Soletrader
