Thanks for the heads up Karen, I was looking on ebay at some SS Tate that super-trainers is selling, didn't know he was fake, did you buy a pair off him/her?

No probs. Thankfully didn't order anything from him/her. I guessed they were fakes as (i) they had loads of them, (ii) they were suspiciously inexpensive, and (iii) I noticed i.e. the sole of the monogram shoe are a different colour to that on the pickyourshoes website (which I presume is a legit dealer) - a murky translucent colour rather than the clear one that you can clearly see the adidas logo through. I suspect there may be more tell-tale signs, but the above was enough for me!

I must admit, since I've been a member of this site my obsession has grown and I've purchased two more pairs of SS (even a rare Superstar Skate that I ain't seen on here), however thanks to this site I've probably stopped myself from purchasing many more fake pairs from what I've read on here.
