Maybe in the future but I dont think they care too much about that (just look at the eBay situation).
I think a subtle use of the trefoil wouldnt be too bad. After all we are reppin them hard

my only other suggestion would be to round the points of the 'trefoil' so they look more like the toebox of the almighty superstar.
