NWA - Niggaz4Life.

Haven't dug this out for ages, Dre's production was something else even in '91.

The Throne. Probably only once and then delete. I think following Chuck D on twitter has me realizing just how crap lyricists popular rappers are these days.

I almost bought that album because of all the hype but fortunately decided to go to Torrent shop. Definitely not worth buying IMO. May have to give it another go though.

I'm just listening to The Throne now. Was looking forward to it because all of the hype. So far not impressed, but you never know, might be a grower. Or just a massive pile of wank...

Top three from last night @Flow Festival: Danny Krivit, Hercules & love affair, LAOS (Finnish dnb act).
MF Doom was lame and I was way too tired/pissed to stay for Joy Orbison.
Today I wanted to check Jo Stance and Janelle Monáe but for some reason missed both. Empire of the Sun was a huge disappointment and so was Human League (didn't know they are still around).
Tomorrow Sly&Robbie, James Blake and Kanye West. At least one of them has to deliver. But to be honest I'm not putting my money on Kanye.

I saw Jo Stance at PuistoBlues, she and the band were brilliant there so you most likely missed a treat if you're into soul and blues.

Personally couldn't care less about Kanye, don't think I like a single tune from him. Laughing
