I havent ate much today, crap mainly!
got a new panini press toaster thingy, had bacon and omelette panin's for brekkie NICE!
bout to eat soon! baked camembert and a french stick to meself! lush!

Just had a coupla hot-dogs, I gave my flat mate a hotdog machine (steams the frankfurters, and heats the buns) for his birthday- I'm quite happy with the results.

Had to rush this morning and I got no cash til Friday, so I had to make do with Peanut Butter sandwiches today for lunch. Still nice though!

Marsbar, make the ice cream dude, it's too easy.
Almost boil some cream with a little milk and a can of coconut milk, add plenty of sugar and some dessicated coconut, allow to cool for about 10 minutes add two eggs lightly whisked and whisk the mixture as you add them.
Hours before, put a (preferably) metal container in the freezer.
Once the mixtures cool, pour it into the metal container and freeze.
Every half hour for 3 hours, pull the container out and whisk the life out of it, don't worry if it turns into liquid again cos you got destroy any ice crystals that form in order to get a smooth consistency.
Enjoy !
