You don't like blue cheese P? I love it, but I think that's just a kind of stuff that you either love or hate.
Oh and you fish and chips loving guys should be all over our salmon soup. There is not too much tasty delicacies in Finnish kitchen I give you that, but our fish beats most similar dishes hands down.

I love blue cheese, but not with steak. It's too overpowering. I like a nice whisky and green pepper sauce with mine. Steak rare too.
