I think it's time to wake this thread back alive.
I did some kebab yesterday. I know that it might look a bit weird but it's really good!
Just add some bread, lettuce, cucumber and spicy tomato sauce and voila!
In the beginning there was 1,2kg of meat (lamb and beef 50/50) which turned in little more than four hours in to this:
