#1

Sounds like some of you lots wishes have been answered, i got these today http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...&rd=1&rd=1

They look the real deal, but here's the catch the art no. on both shoes are the same, so just wanted to ask if this was how they came or they had different art no like the 35th or other adidas shoes?. thanks

The ART number should be the same... its the long number underneath that should be different.

The APE number is the factory number, the art number is the model(I think), there should be a date next - i.e. 12/04 then a long number under that (which should be different on each shoe.

I have an authentic pair of these from when they first came out, and the label is the same. I noticed that some of the old ones don't have the "long number" on them as well. Also notice that the square digital barcode doesn't appear on the old ones either.
One thing i've noticed on the fakes is that the sole is wrong. The fake ones have the same standard sole as a normal pair of Superstars, just the simple wavey line tread. But the real ones have kind of a stepped, jagged cut tread (difficult to explain) Plus on the fakes, they have the little Xs in between the ridges on the shell like normal supes. The real ones don't have the Xs on them.

Sorry, just looked at the pictures on the ebay link. If what you got is exactly what is shown in the pictures, then they are the real deal.
Lucky bastard, they're in my size as well!
Very lucky find on these. Haven't seen any authentic ones in my size since I got mine in the states.
Well done sir! Very Happy
