Just won a pair of Rising Star on E-bay for 99p ! Worn once as new ! Paid for them and then 10 minutes later gets a mail saying sorry they have been sold elsewhere !! What a TW*T !!!!
Hate people who start auctions low yet cant take the pace when it goes wrong !

I cant be arsed with him. Why if people don't want to sell something at 99p start it at that price ! Start it at the price you want if you aint willing to risk it.

He has a legal obligation to sell you the goods at the price the auction ended at. If you don't report him then he's won and can carry on being a funker with other buyers in the future. Don't let him get away with it mate.
