Hah. Well, TBH, I went really hard when I first joined so I deserve to be on the list (though I haven't fucked off). The only reason I'm not is that most of the rare stuff I got wasn't on ebay to begin with and anyone who was collecting at the time could've bought them.
But I have also had the courtesy to discuss certain purchases with other members of the SSDB and was always if not willing to bow out at least willing to reveal my maximum bid. At that point if they were willing to pay $1 more than me, then fair play.

I'm just glad I don't care much for vins, 80's, daft price collabs. Those bape staffs are very nice just not £500+ nice, IMHO, but fair play to someone (who may or may not be an SSDB member) for paying that much. 
Instead I find myself endlessly searching for some obscure pair of SS2s that was dropped in 2003,in the US in many numbers yet I struggle to find them.
