I see Shotta also has the 30mm Tobby-laces. Those are the laces I complained about. They are absolutely shite and impossible to lace without damaging them.

I disagree! They are not absolutely shite...(after a lot of research) I believe they're the best fat laces available without manufacturing your own, but they are not great.

Perhaps you received the original fat laces from Big Laces? They were a very weak weave. Or maybe you need to be a bit more gentle lacing them?

The ones I got had a Tobby label around them. I bought those sciences from you Tom, they had black fat laces in them. They were a 100 times better than the fats I got from Biglaces. I'll post some pics. And carefull lacing is not an option. When you slightly rough hands you pull the thread and it can't be prepared. The 20mm's I also bought are a bit better.

Yeah the black ones I got made up, I cant afford to make any more though, you have to order a lot in one go.

I've tried hard and havent found any other fat laces that are better than Tobby XLs, but I've found a lot that are worse!

So that's why I asked Dave to send me two white pairs of the 18/20 mm ones (to compensate for my crappy order) but he send me two more of those crappy 30mm ones. Dave is a good guy but he lost a customer because of this. English is not my first language but I'm sure my complaint was quite clear.

Shotta, those look A LOT better than my bawbag har-laces (whatever that means).
Maybe I did get unlucky, but you always check your product before shipping them out right?
