HEWSONATOR
#1

Theres no way he would go out of his way to refund everyone, i've even been contacting some of his buyers and believe it or not a lot are happy with what they have recieved.
When i purchased mine i also got two pairs for a mate, told him my situation refund etc and he wanted to keep his, unbelievable.
If people read this and then get a refund great.

Yeah i brought fakes of Hewsonator i knew nothing abouthis site and very little about CLRS, although i had an original pair and just put the differences down to a change in the manufacturing process.
I also didn't wear the ones i recieved from Hewsonator for ages and when i did they fell apart within 2 weeks.
I then came across this site and started to hassle the guy, i had no comeback via Paypal as i had had the trainers for about seven months.
And yes i wanted and have recieved full refund.
All i'm trying to say is if anyone has purchased from Hewsonator and cannot claim via Paypal contact Hewsonator direct his number is on ebay and see what happens, you have nothing to lose.

Nor would i, but you're missing the point he has refunded me, all i'm saying is anyone in a similar posistion should do the same.
To be honest if someone knowingly sells you an item they know not to be original (FAKE, COUNERFEIT ETC) they really don't have a leg to stand on.
I believe the Sale of goods act covers you.
It states that if you purchased an item and then if that item turns out to be faulty or not fit for the purpose that you purchased it for, within a certain period you have a right to a full refund.(I believe the sliding scale is up to six years) Now not many people expect trainers to last six years, but alot of people expect trainers to last more than 2 weeks.
No normal person would expect a pair of trainers to fall apart after two weeks of wear, even if they hadn't worn them for six months.
I feel that Hewsonator knows this, and has given me a FULL refund based on the sale of goods act, rather than have trading standards potentialy remove all his stock.
And by the way the number for Manchester trading standards is: 0161 234 1555

Fall apart, stiching come undone on the tongue etc, the shell started to come away from the shoe.
Not something you would expect after 2 weeks of light or even heavy wear.
