would half a size larger matter much with superstars? I have size 11 US, and i have a chance to buy both nba pairs in size 11.5 US for a very nice price

Actually it's hard to say for sure. I've tried some that are half a size bigger than what I usually wear that seemed way too big, but also some that fit fine, so unless you can actually try them on it's a bit risky IMO. I think it depends on where they're made.
