At a guess, I would say that the stencils are probably rolled up in a poster tube of some kind. Cant see him lugging around giant solid stencils somehow.

from the looks of things it would almost be worth buying the house just to get the Banksy - you don't usually lose money on real estate anyway, I don't see how you could lose money on real estate with an appreciating work of art on it - you'd have to protect the art somehow though

Mr Banksy has made himself a pretty penny today or £500,000 to be more precise, he had a big auction in London Village today. His top piece went for £90k.
He also did a new piece opposite the children's hospital in Bristol, if I'm passing by on Friday I'll go and snap it.
