Welcome to the site. 
I would say fake because of the back of the shoe, the clear tag holders, the laces and the label on the box. 
If you didn't pay too much for them, the stitching and that doesn't look bad so i'd probably keep 'em because they're not easy to come by in that size and at least they have the right lace jewels and logo, i've seen plenty worse than them.
