I may be the one who mentioned the word 'communication'...as for how busy they are, busy is good, no? If you can't handle it, don't do business. If communication (which is a key aspect of business) gets to the point where its nil/non-existent, then one would no longer have to worry - business will get worse from there....good service is good service - bad service is bad service, case closed - there is no middle ground here...everyone just wants to be informed/kept up to date is all...that too much to ask?
