As in certain parts of it the NHS have decided they want to actually useagain and are in the process of rennovating a few buildings. Mainly the staff restaurant (which they foolishly used to leave open on weekends/nights a few years back, to the delight of all) and the reception. It's near the edenfield ultra high security bit. which to be honest, scares me shitless.
