What you do depends on how much you are dissatisfied. To me, 120 bones is quite a bit to drop and not get what you want. Regardless of whether or not the staff was cool, they messed up. If Adidas has good management (and I think it does) the employee shouldn't and won't get in trouble--miadidas is a new system, and people make mistakes. They should be happy to help you in making it right, it will just make you more pleased with Adidas as a customer if they do a good job in helping you out.
Also, this could be a glitch in their system and by not reporting it many other people could experience the same thing that you did. It's up to you man, but if you're like me, something like this will always bother you about the shoes. You will never be 100% about the shoes when you wear them; which is something that you shouldn't have to deal with.
