My god! I never knew... I think I might change jobs and become a professional driver, my car has throttle, brake, H-pattern gearing and I have to use the clutch!! Plus, add in the fact I too have no traction control and a standard ECU, shit I must be good, I don't even have someone talking to me through an earpiece telling me which way to turn on the oval track (plus I have to control my huge stereo at the same time!)
But seriously, I can see that Nascar takes a lot of skill, but it is completely different to the skill that an F1 driver has, and personally I'd take corners over ovals any day (in saying that I have been known to watch the occasional Nascar race if it's on)
