I've never had that before.
I bought some soops of eBay a while ago, and i saw a pair i had to have, but the auction ended a week before i gt paid. So i contact the seller to see if i did the BIN, would it be possible to hold em for a week untill i could pay. He said sure, so i went online and did the BIN. 4 days later the fool filed a unpaid item dispute. What an idiot!
I paid for them and he shipped it and left feedback, but didnt close the dispute for a further 2 weeks after i paid...
