I think you should be able to smack a child, pain certainly got certain points across to me when I was a child that a simple telling off wouldn't have.
And Capital punishment definitely should be brought back.
Pieces of shit like dixie and those other two scumbags do not deserve to live and become a £6,000 a week drain on society.
