I would have thought they would have the date on the label if they were released after 2000.
It's just a guess but I think the dark blue patents were '96 (or maybe a little later) and didn't these come out at the same time?
Silver patents are '03 so there is a bit of a spread on the pat. releases.

*Edit* Had a little look around and if they are Carolina Blue which I think they are then they are '96. thumbup
