The only thing I can suggest is using decent wodden Shoe Trees, but that would be more of a length thing - scary looking ones here: http://www.theshoelace.co.uk/acatalog/Sh...lAod6wOKoA[php]
But failing that, you may have to opt for a bigger size if possible. I had some shelltoes that were too small & it wasn't a nice feeling on the feet!
