I Have sent Adidas another mail this morning asking why i havent had a satisfactory reply to my mail that i sent to them in March and that i am very disapointed with their lack of Customer service especially as we are taking the time and trouble to try and combat the fake sellers. I have asked them not to fob me off anymore with " This is important to us and we are looking into it etc" and give me a straight reply which to my mind is common courtesy. It feels very similar to when i was mailing ebay!
I will keep you posted as to the outcome but i dont think much is gonna happen if im honest. We will see!
