As mentioned, ebay don't really give a shit. It's practically impossible to actually contact anyone at ebay anyway seeing as there's no email addresses or telephone numbers anywhere on the site, just those stupid contact forms that get you nowhere.
I think it would really be up to adidas to take ebay to court over it but that could get expensive as they are both massive companies. Either that or adidas get the details of the fake sellers off ebay and take the individuals to court but for a few hunred quid of fakes a month they probably couldn't be arsed.
It is a shame as innocent people get stung especially with the superfakes that even us lot have found it hard to identify on occasion. I think we should ignore ebay for the time being and try and get somewhere with adidas directly, Soopers' doing a sterling job though
