They know all of this and were mighty impressed by the forum and what it does and i was told (over the phone) that they would definately welcome our help and our expertise but so far diddly squat has happened?
I will keep pursuing them but maybe a letter of some sorts wouldnt hurt and would emphasise the fact no end.
I think it is down to time and money with a company as big as Adidas and really it should be ebay that is vetting its sellers and products, not them or us for that matter? Its frustrating that we are willing to put in the time and effort to put this right and we are getting no help. Am i surprised, not really its the way things seem to be these days.
