Yes sometimes there are bargins to be had on original items, whilst i can see that some people will want to protect their origanal items and wear cheaper copies, i don't believe all your buyers know this.
The Ebay Vero sytems basically don't work becuse someone like you and loads of others have been happily selling fakes for years and are still trading and it's is virtually impossible to contact anyone at Ebay regarding fake items.
Just put replica in the title what's the problem?.
And you know what most of the time when you ask fake sellers if the item is
genuine or not you will get.
1. No response (Basically means they're fakes)
2. I have no idea.
3. My mate got them and i'm selling them for him.
4. My dad owns a factory in China and were short of cash.
5. I've never knowingly sold fakes and will contact my supplier. (Generally short for i've getting away with it for awhile and you seem too know what you're talking about.)

I really haven't got a clue about the lawsuits against Ebay but if they're are being forced to account for all the dodgy trainers well that's not such a bad thing is it?
