Well it's good to see that you admit to selling fakes but why not put that in your listings? You know that 90% your buyers believe the items you sell to be genuine and that they have found a bargin.
Also if you put( Non authentic,Fake etc) in the listing the item will be removed by Ebay.
I challege you to put fake, not genuine in your listing, you know your sales will drop.
Ebay rightly or wrongly relies heavily on trust that the sellers are selling genuine items most of the time and you know that although it's possible to claim money back via Paypal, it's a pain and the buyer has no claim for return postage costs and will more often than not lose out.
Also Ebay seem to have very little appetite for removing fake sellers from the site you also know this, while i applaud you're balls in telling us you sell fakes i feel you're somewhat taking the piss.
Ebay will let you trade because at the end of the day you make them money, they will try to wash their hands of all accountablity.
You are just exploiting the fact that some trainers/items are extremely sort after and have limited production runs.
Whilst everyone is after a bargain they don't expect to be ripped off.
Sorry your whole argument sucks bigtime if you had any balls list your items as replicas etc, let the buyer know what they're purchasing don't just fuck them over.
