I have read the thread about checking it out before posting and shaming.
This has been reported to ebay and as a result his auctions were removed.

The guy is a total to**er and denies point blank that they are fakes, and refuses to refund.
I'll get my camera from work tomorrow and post some pics then everyone can see how bad they are.
Remember the user name - pelewhite. Do not buy shoes off him!

Looks like you will have to get a refund via Paypal it takes awhile but i cannot see any other option.
