Ok ok ok Pete.  I'll read and leave a reply.

Keep the shoes.  Wear the shoes.  Keep the package.   Hide the package.... at least out of daily viewing.  You'll get over feeling annoyed....at some point.  If the cardboard backing is still in good shape, ehh, you're good to go.  The elation of wearing a truly top notch Supe will diminish the destruction of the package cuz seriously, that is one dope-ass fresh model of Superstar.  The one last model that I'd truly love to add to my collection.  So my post is severely tainted with jealousy.
