It is a tricky one and I see both sides of the coin. In my experience most times when I've put a pair up for sale and asked for offers someone has asked me what I'm looking for and I've named a price, or just stated what I paid for them. A few times I've asked for offers (mostly if more than one person has expressed an interest). I hate selling supes and I wish I didn't occasionally have to. The SSDB is truly great and I think the last thing that anyone wants to do is rip any other member off. I haven't met a member on here who's selling to make a profit. But at the same time nobody likes having to take a big hit on a pair. How many of us have found ourselves looking at a mountain of blue (and white) boxes wondering where the fuck they all came from and reasoning that it would be prudent (not least for the sake of domestic peace) to let some go?
It is an addiction after all, this trainer buying business. Never again = always again
That said, when buying it is a pain in the arse to have to think of an offer sometimes.
On balance I think I'm gonna add prices to the pairs I've got for sale at the moment. Good luck with your sale Havok.
