I did indeed. Some lying bastard filed an item not received dispute against me, I did all I could to try and resolve it, including phoning ebay several times. But ebay refunded them anyway, then took the money from me, but then bombarded me with messages demanding I refunded them the money (that they had already taken!). This whole thing has dragged on since April. After another phonecall to eBay, they have appologised and given me back my money!
