Yeah its a bit of a cop out in my view and they should do more to help the buyers not the sellers. I have asked why sellers who i have reported over a year ago and others on here have reported are still selling and they just will not answer me!! Half the time you just get this templated response that they are sorry you have had a bad experience .. etc! It is very frustrating trying to complain when you arent even sure anyone is actually doing anything or even reading what has been written!
Customer Service!! Theyve never heard of it!! Im not going to let it go either! Its really wound me up! Smile
