Drive isn't really that different in any way. It has a few cool moments but pretty much the same plot has been used in numerous car chase movies in the 70s and early 80s, only now a few modern twists and turns have been added into the script. Drive is still among my fav new movies this year, saw it at a movie festival here about a month before its cinema premiere.
Colombiana was pretty crap IMO, great action but lack of everything else. I'd say Hanna was much better a movie of a female assassin even if it had less action scenes.
Priest is one of the worst flicks I've seen all year. Something I don't want to see again.
Both were done by the same director, but the Hollywood remake of 13 Tzameti is also quite terrible. It tries too hard to be something it's not. The original version features much more intense atmosphere.
I just watched Tucker & Dale vs. Evil the other night and thought it was hilarious. It's a horror comedy (or something) and not new but it's easily one of my favs I've seen this year.
Overall I haven't seen a single fantastic new movie this year, all the really good ones have been from last year or earlier. Hah, I think the CGI massacre, 3rd Transformers movie is among the best ones on my list and that should explain alot.

Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.
