Had a right go at Paolo at the bbq.
Was somewhat set up it seems by a couple of lurkers who knew how I felt but I frankly couldn't give a shit.
It seems that those who queued up the week of the riots (6) were allowed to buy a pair the following week and certain members of staff took a pair.
I pointed out that that only explained away 10 or so pairs and what happened to the rest of the 18 that disappeared before the morning of sale.
I was a bit drunk but I don't think he had what I would call a satisfactory response cos my parting words to him were "You and me, we're done!".
Seriously doubt he gives a shit but there it is.
