I think we should all collectively agree that if an "Introduce Yourself" thread from a new member isn't acceptable that none of us even post to it. Or, we all put the silent face. That way, it won't stay on the "today's posts" page too long and the new member will get the hint.... improve it or you'll be shunned.

I'm not from Jersey like Tif, but c'mon now man, you're from the USA. Don't embarass me like that.
