Funny you should say that mate, there's actually a website that does just that!

You give them the details of what it is you want to buy, and the URL of the website where you saw it. They then do you a price for the item shipped to you, you pay them and they buy the item and ship it to you.

Obviously it aint cheap but it's an excellent idea for a business!

But I've forgotten the name of the website.
