Sab that is based on a 30year loan.. .with a15% downpayment Would be tight even on a 35yr.

I was told it would be £1000 set up fee in 2 years time if I only got a 2yr fixed. .its also a £1000 set up fee to take out the mortgage now.
I fucking hate the banks. .charging you a grand to borrow 90k. .with interest rates that mean you actually pay 170k. .wankers
You would think that after we all bailed them out they would be a bit more generous when they are helping us out
