no if it was high sticking the goal would have been disallowed.
if the point of where the puck made contact with the stick is higher than the crossbar, then it's high sticking and the goal is no good.
on the replay you see that the puck is on the very edge of the blade/curve, and the blade basically goes in the net, so the goal is good.
