[Squeaky]

I mentioned the defects I had with my latest vins (browns and crafts pack). I decided to order another pair of browns which arrived today but I spotted something again. I just want your opinions. Can this become a problem? For those who can't see what's the problem. The sole is not covering the leather.

Look at the eyestay. The creases are not so visible on these pics:

The shell doesn't fit properly on the left. It pushes the leather/eyestay outside:

I can cut the shell a bit on the inside, maybe that will bring everything back in place and I'm not sure offcourse.

What do you guys think? Am I being a perfectionist again or are my complaints justified?
