Called ebay customer care to escalate my Missy Fakes. Needles to say that they decided in my favor.
First they asked me to send them back to seller but when I said I'm from Finland and we don't have Parcelfarce offices around and more importantly I didn't want to let him sell those to someone who's not able to spot fakes.
