yeah, samples are usually a size 9, right? I was wondering about that myself, but since the consortiums were the first vintage SS models made I guess they would need to make samples in all sizes?
I've got a pair of authentic Dasslers already and besides the fact that these samples only have 7 lace holes instead of 8 I can't really find anything that looks wrong. The assembly looks good, no heel clit, the materials used seem to be the same, the shoes have different 'numbers', they're laced 'the factory way' (easy to change, I know) and they are a size US 11.5 which I still haven't seen any fake consortiums made in.
Still, they could be fakes though...
... and I must admit the 7 lace holes thing is troubling me, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see when they arrive.
