I’m embarrassed to admit your post has annoyed me.
As far as I understand it, this forum revolves around the mutual interest in adidas Superstars, and a small part of that is an interest in adidas in general.
My post was an attempt to make light of a number of emails I received yesterday from people who really should know what the company they work for is called, so am I serious, no. Of course not. I just thought (wrongly, obviously) that fellow forum members may have experienced the same type of thing from so-called experts and could share a small chuckle along with me on a matter that is obviously not important in the grand scheme of things.
That I believe is the purpose of “chat”.
A forum dies without input from members and as I’m sure you have noticed (with a stratospheric 2000 odd posts) without new input “chat” can get pretty stale.
You don’t know anything about me and to be honest, how could you? As I only have a few hundred posts most of which I do not think you can even see anyway. I wont bother to big up my chest but suffice to say its posts like yours that stop me sharing a lot of stuff out here in the main forum.
Although your right, the time I spent on this post, I should have been getting out more…
