Yep, they're called shoe trees or schuhspanners in German (German ebay often has cheap ones). There are loads and loads of different variations of them around and most shoe stores should have some in stock.
You can get some cheapo plastic ones from Ikea for next to nothing or the proper wooden (cedar, if I remember right) ones for around €5-40 (~$6-50) / pair depending on the manufacturer, model and where you buy them from. If you can't be arsed to go through local shoe stores, ebay is your friend to get them cheap.
And I doubt no one here having a bigger collection, has them for all their supes, not the wooden ones anyway.. wrinkled paper usually does the same thing.

Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.
