Most supes are made in full size runs (with the exception of a few limited editions, like the Atmos 80s) but I think the sizing/fitting is all over. Most newer supes are somewhat consistent in size, but if you're looking at an older pair my experience is that some of them fit quite small – just something to take into consideration, before buying too small.

If it's an older pair chances are they'll fit more like a full size small rather than just half a size. Something tells me you have a pretty good feeling about the size of the supes in question already though
