Was that long ago i can't remember if he asked or i did it myself to spare him getting a bitch slapping from customs..
Sure its not my fault really but neither is it the buyers and if i was the buyer i'd be gutted/pissed off to not get something i bought then not get my money back either.
I'm still dealing with royal mail over this and crossing me fingers but i'm pretty sure i'm fooked on this one.
