The class I did was split into two. First half three stations. One bag, pads with instructor then in the ring with a dude in body gear moving round the ring shouting out combos. Then they set out ten stations two mins on each skipping burpees press ups crunches floor plank etc. Then warm up run and cool down. The other class I do is more just u n a partner on pads doing combos then one min stations with weights.
Always has the answer to lifes dilemas.
